Accessing Courses

Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 9 AM MST to 5 PM MST. Please, allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email. If you already have an account on our site you will be granted access to your course once your order is completed. If you are a brand new member you will also receive an email that says your account has been created. You will use the same email you used at checkout to log in under the member's tab and access your course.
Your account is created when you enroll in a course. The email you use at checkout is the email you will use to log-in in the members area.
All courses are located in the member's area.
If you already enrolled in a course then you need to be logged in to access it. Go to the member's area and log-in. Once you log-in, under the member's tab click Courses. Once you see the course you enrolled in click read more. Once you are on the course you enrolled, scroll down and go to the 2nd tab, curriculum and click on the lesson you wish to access.
If you wish to change your password go to the log-in page and click "forgot password". You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.
All eBooks are located in the member's area under downloads.

Purchases & Refunds

If your payment was successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please, check your spam & promotions folder, if you did not receive an email your order did not process.
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds on any purchases. This includes but is not limited to courses, ebooks and services.
Once you have added a course to your cart and have started the checkout process you will see a box titled "coupon" and you can type the coupon in the box.
